These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HumbleBee Collective website, services, and studio offerings. By accessing our site or booking services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with our platform, staff, or other clients.

2. Appointments & Payments

All services must be booked in advance via our website or by phone. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

  • Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations may result in a 50% charge.

  • No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.

4. Health Disclosures & Consent

Clients must disclose relevant health information honestly and accurately. By receiving services, you affirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating and assume full responsibility for your well-being.

5. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that services provided (including massage, acupuncture, breathwork, and movement classes) may involve physical activity or therapeutic techniques. You release HumbleBee Collective and its affiliates from any liability arising from injury, allergic reactions, or other outcomes related to the services provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, logos, images, video, branding) is the property of HumbleBee Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chelan County, WA.
